The mosque is easily accessible by road, underground, and buses.

Coming on Tube: If you come by underground, travel via the Central line, stopping at Leyton station. Turn left on coming out of the station and after walking for five minutes you will reach the Mosque.

Coming on Bus: Buses 58, 69, 97 & 158 pass by the mosque coming from the direction of Walthamstow or Stratford. Bus no. 97 has its final stop right in front of the Mosques main gate.
